We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted.

All items must be returned with security tags fully attached, intact, and untampered. The tag must not be removed or altered, including re-attachment by sewing, gluing, or any other method. You may try on your hat without removing the security tag.

If an item is returned with the security tag removed or tampered with, it will be returned to the customer and will not qualify for a refund.

Should you experience any issue with your order, please contact us promptly upon receipt, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter efficiently.
