Returns & Refunds

We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  You must also email us BEFORE you post the hat or fascinator back for authorisation code. Please give your name order number and the reason for the return.  Item MUST be postmarked within the 7 day period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order (as the 7 day returns period will still apply), and we will resolve it as best we can.

We will NOT accept any returns without an authorisation code.
