Returns & Refunds

RETURNS:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted.  You must also email us BEFORE you post the hat or fascinator back for authorisation code. Please give your name order number and the reason for the return.  Item MUST be postmarked within the 7 day period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. 


All items must be returned with security tags fully attached, intact, and untampered. The tag must not be removed or altered, including re-attachment by sewing, gluing, or any other method. You may try on your hat without removing the security tag.

If an item is returned with the security tag removed or tampered with, it will be returned to the customer and will not qualify for a refund.


Customer is responsible for any customs and duties.  If these are not paid, the hat or fascinator will be returned to us and and those extra return charges will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds will be processed 7-14 days after we receive the item back after we have inspected it. If any item is found to be used, the item will be returned to you. 

As each hat is made for you and is custom made for you, we do NOT refund postage unless there is an error on our part.  

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order (as the 7 day returns period will still apply), and we will resolve it as best we can.
