Returns & Refunds
We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect condition. However if you find that wish to return an item you may return new, unopened Ready Made Ascot Designs within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are custom made ( any design from the petite, elegant,big and bold and Wedding hat ranges) please email us as they have been custom made for you and if they are in a colour combination that is unsellable we are unable to accept the return. If it is a solid colour fascinator we will happily take the return within the 14 days. Custom made items do not qualify under the conditions of long distance selling regulations.
Due to the personal nature of the items we will only refund items that have been returned to us in original condition with the tags attached and in original packaging.
When you receive your item you will clearly be able to see colour, style, quality without removing our labels. Each item comes with tamper proof security tags. If these are found to be altered, broken, or tampered with for any reason (including but not limited to trying on, damaged in the post, broken on arrival etc.) the item will be considered to be worn and we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
The cost of return postage is paid by the buyer unless it is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect item. We do not accept any returns after 14 days. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days of the item being back with us. Please ensure you use a recorded method of delivery as if we do not receive the item back we can not issue you a refund. Please contact your bank for specific processing times as this may vary with the institution.
Please include your packing slip as proof of purchase when you return the item to us.
