We make each fasciantor or hat to order just for you, we would prefer if you did not order for choice. If colour match is important to you please ask for free fabric swatch to be sent to you - this reduces returns and disappointment.   We can also make a custom design for you if you have something else in mind. 

RETURNS:
We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  Fascinators and hats have tamper proof security tags that must be intact for a return.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.  If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we will resolve it as best we can. 

COLOUR SAMPLES:
If you are needing an exact match for a dress for a wedding, Ascot or Derby, we can send you colour swatches free of charge, please email us with your address and colours and the designs that you like.  If you are in the US or outside UK samples will take about 10 days, 3-5 in the UK.
