We make each hat to order and can add or change colours just email us with what you need.  We can also make a custom design for you if you have something else in mind.  

Despatch & Delivery Times UK Customers:

  •  As your hat or fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-14 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery. Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day. 
  • If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and next day delivery.

  • If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this date so we can be sure you receive on time.

  • As your hat or fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-14 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery.  We ship almost anywhere in the world, so please add another 5-6 days mailing time to your order.  We do also offer an to most places in the world using Fed Ex Express Service.  If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and 2-3 days (depending on location, except Australia NZ and Far East where anything quicker is very expensive).
  • If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this date so we can be sure you receive on time.
  • Customs and duties are your responsibility. By ordering you agree to pay these if applicable. EU customers note taxes are levied on any purchase over 150 EU, USA over 1000USD, Canada 20CD, and Australia 900AUD.

Return Policy:

  • We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect condition.  However, if you find that you wish to return an item you may return new, UNUSED SINGLE colour designs within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  Items that have more than ONE colour will be considered custom made and are NOT RETURNABLE. Custom made items do not qualify under the condition of long-distance selling regulations.
  • When you receive you hat or fascinator you will clearly be able to see colour, style and quality without removing our labels.  Once the tag has been broken, the tags are impossible to be put back together (glued, sewn etc we have seen it all!) so please be sure you want the hat or fascinator BEFORE you remove it! If there is any evidence of tampering, we will not accept the return and the hat will be sent back to you.
