Delivery Times
UK Customers: As this fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-10 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery. Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day.  If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and next day delivery (UK Customers only).

International Customers: Please don't forget that during busy periods dispatch time can be up to 10 days so please choose your shipment method accordingly.  We can ship this fascinator all over the world, and if you need it really fast we also offer 3 days Expedited service to most places in the world using UPS Express Service.  If you need your hat or fascinator quickly please use this option. If you hat or fascinator is too large to be shipped overseas using Royal Mail, the only option for shipping will be UPS expedited service. If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this when you select the Express Shipping option.

Unsure about colour? We send can send free colour samples anywhere in the world. Simply email us with colours and address. Samples can take a week to 10 days so be sure to ask early.

We do combine shipping even with our expedited service so if you have a friend who needs something it is only a couple of pounds more to include a second item.

Return Policy

We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect condition. However if you find that wish to return an item you may return new, Ready Made Ascot Designs within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are custom made ( any design from the 2015 collection, petite, elegant, big and bold and Wedding hat ranges) please email us as they have been custom made for you and if they are in a colour combination that is unsellable we are unable to accept the return. If it is a solid colour fascinator we will happily take the return within the 14 days. After 14 days no return will be accepted for any reason. Custom made items do not qualify under the conditions of long distance selling regulations.

When you receive your item you will clearly be able to see colour, style, quality without removing our labels.  Each item comes with large tamper proof security tags.  If these are found to be altered (including folding), broken, or tampered with for any reason (including but not limited to trying on, damaged in the post, broken on arrival etc.) the item will be considered to be worn and we will be unable to issue you with a refund and the item will be returned to you.
